625 4th Street – Kewaunee, WI   |  (920) 388-0201

Nestled in the heart of town, The Concord is conveniently located near local clinics and other local establishments all while maintaining privacy and a home-like atmosphere. Built in 2008, The Concord at Kewaunee was designed to provide housing for seniors inside of the town they’ve lived and loved for years. In 2022, ABridge Care Concepts took over operations of the business and has continued with that same philosophy. The moment you walk into the community, residents will feel at home. Guests are immediately greeted by a double-sided fireplace in a large great room that includes a living area and a dining room.
At The Concord, residents can live among their peers, participate in any organized activities and/or events all while maintaining the freedom and autonomy they enjoy. Being a resident at The Concord provides you access to an assortment of amenities such as housekeeping, dining, and social activities. Our Independent Living flexible pricing structure allows you to pay for only the amenities you need. Independent living is a great option for older adults who may like the rewards of community living but wish to continue living with autonomy.

Health & Well-Being Services
