The recently renovated community offers one-bedroom apartments fully equipped with a kitchen and full bathroom. As you enter, guests instantly feel at home in the large community area that features several sitting areas and cathedral ceilings.

At The Concord, residents can live among their peers, participate in any organized activities and/or events all while maintaining the freedom and autonomy they enjoy. Our Independent Living flexible pricing structure allows you to pay for only the amenities you need. Health & Well-Being Services

The Concord at Calumet County is also designed to provide residents with the ability to age in place by offering assistance when needed. Assisted Living at The Concord can include an array of services, some of which include: medication management, assistance with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing, dining, and vital monitoring. The Concord also partners with third party providers to better support our residents in maintaining their independence with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and skilled nursing care.
